Valid government issued photo ID is required. No exceptions, not even for the homies.
No ID means no entry.
If you look under 99 years old, we will ask for ID.
Yes, really. We love all of our customers but the law is the law.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who cannot provide valid identification.
All Sales Final
All sales at The Fog Cabin are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items including vapes, tobacco products, glassware, accessories, or disposable devices.
Please inspect your items before leaving the store. Our staff is happy to answer questions and help you choose the right product before purchase.
Once the fog rolls out the door, it is yours.

Customers are responsible for understanding how to properly use and maintain purchased items. We are happy to provide general guidance but cannot be responsible for misuse, damage, or personal injury resulting from product use.

Right to refuse service
The Fog Cabin reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law.
This includes but is not limited to:
Failure to present valid ID
Attempted purchase for underage individuals
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior
